Defect Description

Natural crystals are minerals that have changed along with the Earth’s evolution. They have their unique textures and colors. Ice cracks, cotton inclusions, and mineral shortages are common in crystals and are not quality issues but natural marks left by geological activities over millions of years. These flaws do not affect the crystals’ functionality, aesthetics, or value. They are part of what makes the crystal unique. We understand the desire for perfection but ask you to view these natural features objectively. We hope our natural crystals bring joy to those who appreciate and cherish them.

14-Day Exchange & Return

Unsatisfactory products can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt. Only shipping fees will apply. Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange/return. Please note that the ”exchange order” is not eligible for another exchange/return.

Return/Exchange Service Procedure:

1. Please log in to your account and click the “Refund” button.

2. Once we receive your request, your exclusive Customer Service representative will email you back to rectify the issue within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends). Please check your spam folder if you don’t hear back from us before chasing us up as it might have gone into this folder.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@auracryst.com.
